Today we had the pleasure of treating Seniors @Smithfield_senior_center to a plated lunch prepared on-site by Chef Cassandra Birocco. Owner, operator and talent behind @greatauntlouises.
She prepared pasta & meatballs served with the gravy recipe she learned from her Great Aunt Louise during all the hours in her kitchen each and every Sunday, as a young girl.
